Owena title well deserved: Gen. Super hails Chief Kestin Pondi on Ozoro Chieftaincy Honour

Gen. Super Layefa Kamboh, popularly known as 7 Seas and one of the foremost agitators in the Niger Delta, has extended warm congratulations to High Chief (Engr.) Kestin Pondi following his conferment as Owena of Ozoro Kingdom in Delta State.
