Don Banky hails Chief Kestin Pondi on conferment as Owena of Ozoro Kingdom
General Okunduopagha James, popularly known as Don Banky, has congratulated the Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Chief Kestin Pondi, on his conferment as Owena of Ozoro Kingdom by the Ovie of Ozoro Kingdom, Delta State.
Chief Pondi received the traditional title Owena, meaning “a man who does great things” from His Royal Majesty, King Bar. Anthony Uvietobore Ogbogbo Ibuka I, in recognition of his leadership, service, and contributions to the Niger Delta and the nation at large.
Don Banky, who serves as Tantita Coordinator covering Odidi, Eweregbene, and Egwa II, described the honour as well-deserved, noting that Chief Pondi’s impact extends beyond corporate leadership to community development and national service.
In a congratulatory statement, Don Banky said, “I am honored to express my heartfelt appreciation for your dedication and contributions to our nation and communities. This prestigious title is a testament to your leadership and commitment to excellence. Yes, you’re truly a leader!”

Chief Pondi is widely regarded for his role in strengthening security and development initiatives in the Niger Delta. He also holds distinguished professional titles, including Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of International Studies (FNIIS) and Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE).
The conferment has continued to attract commendations from stakeholders across the region, who see it as a recognition of sustained service, leadership, and commitment to the progress of communities in Delta State and beyond.
