Oborevwori Celebrates Ex-Delta First Lady, Roli Uduaghan, At 65

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has felicitated former First Lady of the state, Mrs. Roli Nere Uduaghan, on her 65th birth anniversary, describing her as a woman of virtue and compassion whose life has been marked by selfless service.

Oborevwori in a congratulatory message issued in Asaba by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, commended Mrs. Uduaghan for her contributions to philanthropy and social advocacy, particularly her efforts to support widows, orphans, inmates and other vulnerable members of society.

Oborevwori recalled her humanitarian interventions through the “I CARE” initiative during the administration of her  husband, former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan, noting that the programme provided relief and empowerment to many less-privileged people across the state.

He said Mrs. Uduaghan had remained a shining example of compassion, resilience and service to humanity.

The Governor said: “On behalf of my family, the government and people of Delta State, I celebrate with you on this special occasion of your 65th birthday.

“This milestone is a testimony to God’s grace upon your life and the numerous lives you have touched with your compassion.”

Oborevwori prayed God to continue to strengthen and bless the celebrant, wishing her good health, peace, fulfilment and many more years of impactful service.

“As you mark this new age, may the Almighty continue to strengthen you, reward your labour of love, and grant you greater joy in the years ahead,” he added.
