Oborevwori Appoints 11 New Permanent Secretaries in Delta

Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has approved the appointment of 11 new Permanent Secretaries into the Delta State Public Service.

The appointment was contained in a notice signed by Tetsola Anino Nelson, Permanent Secretary (State Protocol Matters), Directorate of Government House and Protocol, and made available to journalists on Monday.

According to the notice, the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are:

1. Dr. Yinkore A. Paul
2. Dr. Okwunze A.C
3. Amadubogha Peters
4. Nkenchor O.O.
5. Akambe O.H
6. Engr. Aghagba S.
7. Ogbugo Victor Chike
8. Ighoyota M. Rocky
9. Itawansa Augustine A.
10. Onobraekpeyan O. Edwin
11. Nkemachor Lucky

The notice further stated that the new Permanent Secretaries will be sworn in on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the Unity Hall, Government House, Asaba, by 10:00am.

Guests invited to the ceremony are expected to be seated by 9:30am.
