"In or about 30th October 2025, we wrote a petition to the Inspector-General of Police whereby your office was attentioned for concrete and discret investigation and was eventually granted by the Inspector General of Police as prayed. It should be recalled that in or about the 24th of November 2025, our office was invited to come along with the petition(our clients) wherein witness statements were obtained for proper investigation of same by your legal department.
"Sir, our worry behind this reminder letter is to the effect that only one out of 18 suspects is said to have reported while all the rest suspects have refused to honour the Police investigation and yet nothing has been done by your good office to compel their appearance as if these suspects are above the law or have immunity.
"These suspects which include a Royal father in Delta State are very much available and moving freely with impunity, boasting that they would never obey any invitation because of their connections as being alleged by them.
"In the light of the above, Sir, may you be pleased to apprehend these suspects for your trusted investigations and prosecute them if found culpable with respect to this case."
