Obiodeh applauds Oborevwori over renovated classrooms, exam hall in Isoko South
Delta State Commissioner for Lands, Surveys and Urban Development, Chief Emamusi Obiodeh, has commended Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for the renovation of six classrooms and the Examination Hall at Owodokpokpo Grammar School, Igbide, in Isoko South Local Government Area.
Speaking in Asaba while announcing the completion of the project, Obiodeh described the intervention as a timely boost to the education sector, aimed at enhancing teaching and learning conditions and encouraging academic excellence among students.
He said the project reflects the Oborevwori administration’s continued investment in education and aligns with the MORE Agenda’s focus on inclusive growth and practical grassroots development.
According to him, the renovation will significantly improve the school’s infrastructure and provide students and teachers with a more conducive environment for academic activities.
On behalf of the people of Owodokpokpo-Igbide, the commissioner conveyed appreciation to the governor for approving and delivering the project, noting that the community’s cooperation contributed to its successful execution.
Obiodeh further stated that the upgraded facilities would help strengthen public confidence in the government’s responsiveness to local needs.
He emphasized that such interventions play a vital role in driving transformation at the grassroots level and uplifting educational standards.
Reaffirming the state government’s commitment, he said Delta would continue to pursue sustainable growth and shared prosperity through steady investment in critical infrastructure and social development initiatives across the state.
