Oborevwori shuffles cabinet, appointes Delsu Council members
Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has announced a minor cabinet reshuffle and nominated three Council Members for Delsu.
The reshuffle sees Engr. Michael Ifeanyi Anoka moving for the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Renewal to the Ministry of Energy, while Hon. Sunday Tataobuzogwu, from Ministry of Energy to Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Renewal, Mrs. Rose Ezewu, from Ministry of Secondary Education to Ministry of Primary Education and Dr. Kingsley Ashibuogwu has also been redeployed from the Ministry of Primary Education to Ministry of Secondary Education, respectively.
According to a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) Dr. Kingsley Eze Emu, the redeployment of the commissioners is with immediate effect.
In a separate announcement, Governor Oborevwori has also nominated three individuals to the Governing Council of Delta State University, Abraka: Rt. Hon Festus Ovie Agas, Rt. Hon Frank Enekorogha, and Charles Ajuyah (SAN).
Reports that the inauguration date for the new council members will be announced soon.
These changes reflect the Governor's ongoing efforts to optimize his administration and ensure effective governance in Delta State.
