Akpomudje congratulates newly sworn-in Senior Advocates of Nigeria
Renowned legal luminary and Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Olorogun Albert Akpomudje SAN, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to distinguished colleagues Sir Victor Akpoguma, SAN; Hannibal Egbe Uwaifo, SAN; Omamuzo Erebe, SAN; and Fedude Zimughan, SAN on their formal swearing-in as Senior Advocates of Nigeria.
The ceremony, which marks a pinnacle of professional recognition in the Nigerian legal profession, was held Monday at the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Abuja, amidst much fanfare and admiration from members of the Bar and Bench.
In his congratulatory message, Akpomudje SAN described the conferment of the prestigious rank on the new SANs as “a well-deserved honour earned through years of hard work, integrity, and outstanding contributions to the advancement of the legal profession.”

I have no doubt they will continue to uphold the ideals of justice, professionalism, and service that the rank of Senior Advocate demands,” The Life Bencher stated.
He further noted the importance of the SAN title in preserving the dignity and standards of legal practice in Nigeria, urging the new silks to remain committed to mentoring the next generation of legal minds.
The rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) is the highest legal honour awarded to lawyers in Nigeria, reserved for those who have demonstrated exceptional advocacy skills and made significant contributions to the legal profession.
Akpomudje SAN, himself Vice Chairman, Body of Benchers is known for his unwavering commitment to justice and legal development, and has long been an advocate for the promotion of legal excellence and mentorship within the Bar.
