Empowering the Future: PAP sends 140 Niger Delta Youths to UK for Postgraduate Studies

The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has taken a significant step in empowering Niger Delta youths by awarding scholarships to over 140 beneficiaries for postgraduate studies in universities across the United Kingdom.
Under the dynamic leadership of Administrator Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the PAP on Thursday held a pre-departure briefing and orientation programme for the awardees at its Abuja Head Office.
This initiative is part of the programme's formal education component, aimed at providing opportunities for sustainable development and human capital growth in the region.
The scholarship deployment aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda, which seeks to promote socio-economic development and empowerment in Nigeria.
According to findings, Dr. Otuaro's leadership has been instrumental in driving this initiative, which is expected to have a positive impact on the lives of the beneficiaries and their communities.
The PAP remains committed to providing opportunities for Niger Delta youths to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for personal and regional development.
