The anti-graft agents will be visiting Burutu, Bomadi and isoko South respectively.

"They came for projects from 2017 to date, they were able to see what they did in one year and left happily" A Senior Council official said.

During the visit, it was learned that the EFCC officials stormed the offices of nearly all Heads of Department, HODs and were reviewing files and cheques book signed.

A council staff who confirmed the incident said, "Yes EFCC came to our secretariat on Wednesday, they visited nearly all the HOD offices reviewing files and cheque books."

Another Ughelli North staff said, "It is normal, they were around they visited council, and they went to Burutu and other councils, they were on a tour as usual and nothing more.

When contacted, Chief Press Secretary to the Ughelli North Local Government Council Chairman, Mr Efe Ekete said, "I am aware they came to inspect our projects, and to confirm project. When people said, the man is not doing anything and they wrote many petitions, they came to verify what is in ground.
