Oil theft: Cooperate with us, NSCDC urges TANTITA Coordinators as three day training ends in End

The Nigeria Security & Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC today said Coordinators of TANTITA Security Services Nigeria Limited should cooperate with its personnel adequately well in their operations in line with the laws of the land in other to adequately provide security for critical oil & gas facilities and to prevent oil theft and vandalism.

NSCDC Unit Commander, Delta 4 , Corridor 61, CSC Audu Musa Usman made the call at the end of a three day capacity building training for effective Security coordination for Personnel of the Nigerian Security & Civil Defence Corp, NSCDC TANTITA Security Services Nigeria Limited, TSSNL. 

CSC Usman thanked the Management of Top-Private Security Services Nigeria Limited for organizing the training for its personnel the NSCDC and TANTITA Coordinators in collaboration with TANTITA Security Services Nigeria Limited, a private security firm owned by former leader of the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta, MEND. 

CSC Usman also urged the NSCDC Personnel who participated in the training to bring to bear, the knowledge they garnered from the training in their field operations. 

A Coordinator with TANTITA Security Services Nigeria Limited, Engr. Samson Uwatse also appreciated TANTITA Security Services Nigeria Limited and Top-Private Security Services Nigeria Limited for organizing the training for the NSCDC and TANTITA Coordinators.

Engr. Uwatse who spoke on behalf of the Coordinators said, "We have learnt a lot and we will use the knowledge we have gathered in the field and it will help improve our operation in the field. You will see the result of the training". 

He also appealed to the Management of TANTITA Security Services to avail them (Coordinators) the opportunity in other areas like drone training and others for them to further acquire more knowledge and improve on their operations. 

Top-Private Security Services Admin Manager, Mrs. Mary Pemu thanked Management of TANTITA Security Services Nigeria Limited for the privilege given to Top-Private Security to organize the training for the personnel. She also appreciated the personnel for participating fully in the three day capacity building training for effective Security coordination. 

"The participants are lovely. I don't want you to go" she teased. 

Mrs. Pemu also hinted the Management of TANTITA Security Services Nigeria Limited of Top-Private Security Services Nigeria Limited readiness to apply for approval to organize more training with their collaboration.
