Fulani Herdsmen Activities: Bayelsa Government to meet with Traditional Rulers

With the recent increase in the unwholesome activities of Fulani herdsmen in many communities across the state, the Bayelsa State Government  has invited some traditional rulers  to a meeting with the Deputy Governor,  Lawerence Ewhrudjakpo

 The meeting is slated for Wednesday 19th March, 2025 by 10am at the DSP Alamieyesigha Memorial Banquet Hall.

 All first-Class Traditional Rulers in the affected clans, the Paramount Rulers, Chairmen, of Community Development Committees (CDC), Youth Leaders and Women leader of the following Communities are expected to be present.
 Under Ogbia Local Government: 
 Elebele, Emeyal Otuasega Oruma, Imiringi, Otuabagi, Otuogidi, Onuegbum, Kolo 1, Kolo II, Kolo III, Emeyal I, Emyal II, Otuokpoti, Otuogiri, Opume, Ogbia Town Otuoke & Ebelebiri

 While, Yenagoa Local Government Area include,
