Honourable Ebitonmo Anthony Alapala, Minority Whip and Member representing Burutu State Constituency 1 in the Delta State House of Assembly, has lambasted the Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) and all federal appointees from Delta State for neglecting the party in the state.

PEBNEWS reports that the lawmaker expressed the alleged neglect of APC on his official Facebook page on Thursday morning.

In his statement, Alapala emphasized that the 7 APC legislators are the pillars of the party in Delta State, and it is imperative that the NDDC Board and federal appointees recognize and support them. He warned that their offices were not meant to destroy the party in their state and local government areas.

In his statement, Alapala also hinted at an impending open letter to the President and the party's leadership at the national level, which he claimed would shock all concerned parties.

His statement comes as a call to action, urging the NDDC Board and federal appointees to take immediate action to address the party's neglect in Delta State.
